Is there already a Heist of Louvre/museum robbery/detective AU, either published or in the works? It’s been on my mind since the real life Louvre robbery.
Here’s my pitch
Okay, so, a fun story of an investigative enthusiast Aziraphale, who (after gaining some recognition through a few solved mysteries in London) gets invited, as a last-ditch effort, by Anathema Bidule of Interpol (because we’re hitting all the clichés) to solve the mystery of the robbed jewels, before they leave France and are lost forever.
And ofc, our lovely investigator gains the contact of a Londoner-turned-Parisian professional of the Paris underworld, Crowley. Which means a lot of silliness, saved angels (from dangerous situations, as well as social situations ruined by terrible French), and just plain fun.
Last time I asked for specific fiction I got served such good quality recommendations, I’m using that same card again. Please give me recs, or take whatever this is and write/create anything and everything, if it at all inspires.
someone in the UK threw eggs at Charles and was arrested and has been banned from openly carrying eggs in public and has since been sent death threats but their statement on the matter was so fucking good

“So the copper who was literally just like making this up at the station says like ‘Ok, so your bail condition is: you’re not allowed within 500 meters of the king; you’re not allowed to carry eggs in public’ and then he goes like 'ah actually, like, what 'appens if he wants to buy some eggs?’ Ok, so they changed it so it’s like, 'You’re allowed to carry eggs as long as you’re going home from the shops and you’ve got the receipt” host laughs “And I think, that was more viral than me actually doing it, you know what I mean like, people were like, that’s Britain for you, have you got a license for those eggs”

I wanted to submit a self-rec for your library. On it's face, it's a Fae AU, but it's also an enemies-to-lovers, reverse omens story that features relationships between Aziraphale and Crowley and Warlock and Adam. It's a bit of a trope smoothie😂 and I wanted to put in a request to have it placed in your stacks for anyone in the mood for something along those lines to find.
Seelie Knight Crowley has mentored Prince Adam for most of his life. Brilliant, arrogant, and painfully reckless, nineteen-year-old Adam is far from ready to take the throne from his power-hungry father, King Thaddeus. But as the wedding of Prince Warlock, the Unseelie Prince, to his future queen approaches, certain events are put into motion that set the two Princes and their mentors, Knights Crowley and Aziraphale, on a path that could forever change the fabric of both Courts.
It's a reverse omens, fake relationship, double enemies to lovers, Fae AU. Just go with it.
