As an asexual aromantic person, I would like to inform everyone that saying no to sex and not being interested in sex is not being prude. Everyone has the right to choose whether or not they want to have sex and everyone has the right to say no to sex, whether they are asexual or not.
Not wanting to be lusted over, over-sexualized and sexu*lly harrassed (also SA’d) is not feeding into purity culture. Not wanting to talk about sex explicitly especially one’s personal sex life doesn’t mean they’re less progressive or trying to make sexual topics taboo.

Muhammad is a child with many diseases resulting from premature birth. his treatments for these diseases have stopped due to the escalated attacks.
- he only has 2% hearing on one ear, while he can't hear anything on the other.
- he has a relaxed axis, brain atrophy, and limb tension.
due to the attacks, not only did he lose treatment, but he also lost access to a school that accepts students such as those with his conditions.
a fundraiser was made to help him receive treatment amidst scarce resources and violent threat to his life! it was also made to help his family evacuate to escape the same dangers to their lives. they need $5,000 per adult and $2,500 per child.
however, it seems funds are severely stagnating, receiving funds at a severely insufficient pace for at least 7 months. worse, the fundraiser is still far from even halfway its goal.
his father, Ahmed, had already expressed concern about the campaign's slowness. he lost his aluminum workshop because of the attacks, so he lost his source of income.
if possible, please consider also adopting his campaign to share regularly and sharing this fundraiser on other sites.
