We did indeed come across such a bot yesterday.
It's called choppedanchortriumph and posts other users' art and content, including the OP's tags, and attaches a link disguised as a read-more.
We have been in contact with some of the artists whose art this bot has stolen. Several of them have joined our fight against the bots and reported this one for infringing their copyrights.
This should be more effective than reporting it for spam or suspected phishing.
There's nothing like an army of angry artists to kill a bot.
I got my art stolen by this bot, I reported his account for phishing and copyright and I’ll ask everyone here to do the same. Don’t click in any link because it’s probably a virus.
