Happy National Winnie the Pooh Day! Winnie the Pooh is a character I shared with my mom, both the books and the Disney stuff. I remember coming home from school in the 5th grade, one of the worst periods in my life for bullying, and finding a Classic Pooh plush sitting on my pillow. I'm the only person in the world who still remembers one of my happiest childhood memories.
We loved Pooh a lot, and that never changed. The week before she passed away, she bought me a set of Pooh bears from eBay.
I don't mean to be depressing! Sorry! I just want everyone to understand, as they look at a few Winnie the Pooh pictures I've taken in recent months and years, how much he means to me. Irwin is obviously a big fan, too!
And how much Jim Cummings in particular means to me as a voice actor. Not only is he Pooh and Tigger, but Pete, too!
So, Happy Winnie the Pooh Day! Hug a Pooh Bear, or share the books and movies with someone you love. You never know what a child will keep in their heart forever 😊 🍯 🐻
There's a few others in the back, but I can't really get the best picture of them 😅
