Guys, the situation in Gaza is getting worse day after day. Heavy bombardment resumed today everywhere, as if the war has started all over again. We are living in harsh tent conditions, facing freezing cold, violent winds, and heavy rain, with no access to even the most basic necessities of life.

On top of all this, my father is seriously ill, and his health condition is deteriorating day by day, while proper hospitals and medications are unavailable.

Life has truly become a living hell beyond human endurance. We have reached a point where we wish for death instead of this hell we are forced to live through every single moment.

Strong winds and severe weather have torn apart and blown away many displacement tents across different areas of the Gaza Strip. Partially destroyed homes, already weakened by previous bombardment, have collapsed under the force of the storm. This suffering returns with every storm, and life grows harsher for families in Gaza under this bitter cold.

People are left in the streets after their tents were ripped apart. Others are drowning in rainwater.

Is anyone hearing the sound of the wind besides us?

Is anyone drowning in the rain other than Gaza’s children?

Is anyone freezing from the cold besides Gaza’s children?

While children around the world sleep in warmth and safety, completely removed from this brutal cold.

Ngl it's exhausting seeing this space be taken over by people who viciously defend the integrity of the dipshit brothers while simultaneously attacking those who have lost faith. Whatever the reality or truth of that abysmal show ending was, even if it was some meta stunt or social experiment, it in no way will ever excuse the harm that's been done to queer audiences. If you still want to believe that these mediocre cishet white men are understated geniuses who are laughing at anyone who took what they're saying at face value, go ahead, but do not try to excuse or downplay how heartless and cruel their tactics have been. I think there are absolutely layers to the story that support byler and a Vecna-won interpretation. I think there are so very many things that still require explanation. But this whole 'you are too stupid to understand how brilliant this show is' hot take is honestly really gross and feels like victim-shaming. Even if conformitygate is real, even if there's another episode, even if there's some big reveal down the road that we all got played, it doesn't undo the fact that queer people became the butt of the joke. It's time to rediscover empathy and stop slinging barbs because you can't accept that sometimes white men in positions of power literally just suck and no one around them has the time or the power to fix all their mistakes. I love a good conspiracy theory as much as anyone, but no matter what the truth is here, a lot of us are still grieving and processing a lot of complicated feelings as a valid reaction to what we've seen and heard. So be kind, ffs. It's all we have left.
