A library for reading scientific data formats.

Details

This is a library implemented in Rust for reading multiple scientific data formats. Currently, the following formats are supported:

• AnDI/AIA for Chromatographic Data (ASTM E1947-98(2022), ASTM E1948-98(2022))
• AnDI/AIA for Mass Spectrometric Data (ASTM E2077-00(2016), ASTM E2078-00(2016))
• Generalized Analytical Markup Language (GAML)
• JCAMP-DX (JCAMP-DX)

Usage

    // Create a File instance or any other data type that implements the Read and Seek traits.
    let file_path = ...;
    let file = File::open(&file_path)?;
    let mut input: Box<dyn SeekRead> = Box::new(file);

    // Initialize scanner repository with all supported data types.
    let repo = ScannerRepository::init_all();
