Adding ark_secp256r1 library as a dependency

Run this command in a terminal, in your project's directory:

cargo add ark-secp256r1

To add it manually, edit your project's Cargo.toml file and add to the [dependencies] section:

ark-secp256r1 = "0.5.0"

The ark_secp256r1 library will be automatically available globally. Read the ark_secp256r1 library documentation.
