Adding custom_labels library as a dependency

Run this command in a terminal, in your project's directory:

cargo add custom-labels

To add it manually, edit your project's Cargo.toml file and add to the [dependencies] section:

custom-labels = "0.4.4"

The custom_labels library will be automatically available globally. Read the custom_labels library documentation.
