Adding flow_mel library as a dependency

Run this command in a terminal, in your project's directory:

cargo add flow-mel

To add it manually, edit your project's Cargo.toml file and add to the [dependencies] section:

flow-mel = "0.7.1"

The flow_mel library will be automatically available globally. Read the flow_mel library documentation.
