Adding fluvio_smartengine library as a dependency

Run this command in a terminal, in your project's directory:

cargo add fluvio-smartengine

To add it manually, edit your project's Cargo.toml file and add to the [dependencies] section:

fluvio-smartengine = "0.50.1"

The fluvio_smartengine library will be automatically available globally. Read the fluvio_smartengine library documentation.
