Adding kitsune2_test_utils library as a dependency

Run this command in a terminal, in your project's directory:

cargo add kitsune2_test_utils

To add it manually, edit your project's Cargo.toml file and add to the [dependencies] section:

kitsune2_test_utils = "0.4.0-dev.1"

The kitsune2_test_utils library will be automatically available globally. Read the kitsune2_test_utils library documentation.
