Adding namada_parameters library as a dependency

Run this command in a terminal, in your project's directory:

cargo add namada_parameters

To add it manually, edit your project's Cargo.toml file and add to the [dependencies] section:

namada_parameters = "0.251.4"

The namada_parameters library will be automatically available globally. Read the namada_parameters library documentation.
