Adding namada_proof_of_stake library as a dependency

Run this command in a terminal, in your project's directory:

cargo add namada_proof_of_stake

To add it manually, edit your project's Cargo.toml file and add to the [dependencies] section:

namada_proof_of_stake = "0.251.4"

The namada_proof_of_stake library will be automatically available globally.
