Adding p3_goldilocks library as a dependency

Run this command in a terminal, in your project's directory:

cargo add p3-goldilocks

To add it manually, edit your project's Cargo.toml file and add to the [dependencies] section:

p3-goldilocks = "0.4.1"

The p3_goldilocks library will be automatically available globally. Read the p3_goldilocks library documentation.
