Adding rmqtt_sys_topic library as a dependency

Run this command in a terminal, in your project's directory:

cargo add rmqtt-sys-topic

To add it manually, edit your project's Cargo.toml file and add to the [dependencies] section:

rmqtt-sys-topic = "0.18.1"

The rmqtt_sys_topic library will be automatically available globally. Read the rmqtt_sys_topic library documentation.
