Adding vvdec_sys library as a dependency

Run this command in a terminal, in your project's directory:

cargo add vvdec-sys

To add it manually, edit your project's Cargo.toml file and add to the [dependencies] section:

vvdec-sys = "0.7.0"

The vvdec_sys library will be automatically available globally. Read the vvdec_sys library documentation.
