Adding xcm_runtime_apis library as a dependency

Run this command in a terminal, in your project's directory:

cargo add xcm-runtime-apis

To add it manually, edit your project's Cargo.toml file and add to the [dependencies] section:

xcm-runtime-apis = "0.12.0"

The xcm_runtime_apis library will be automatically available globally. Read the xcm_runtime_apis library documentation.
