Adding zenoh_flow_runtime library as a dependency

Run this command in a terminal, in your project's directory:

cargo add zenoh-flow-runtime

To add it manually, edit your project's Cargo.toml file and add to the [dependencies] section:

zenoh-flow-runtime = "0.6.0-alpha"

The zenoh_flow_runtime library will be automatically available globally. Read the zenoh_flow_runtime library documentation.
