Reminder to everyone with US student loans to double check your loan balance and make sure it is correct before forbearance ends on August 10th. Interest rates should be ZERO, if any of your loans have increased you need to call your provider and request an investigation
I say this because my total unpaid interest increased by about $1300 over the forbearance period, even on loans that say they have 0% int and 3 of my loans listed that they are still at their current int rates of 4.5% and etc. Get hard copies of your statements, keep track of everything in a separate document, and watch these motherfuckers like a hawk
