According to some dude, if you talk about/ think about your workout a few hours after it you can bring your dopamine levels almost as high as they were while exercising which helps with making you want to go back.

Team - please note that without any threat of violence I went to the gym (!!) used the stair master for 20 minutes (!!!) did 4 sets of 10 for leg extensions, leg curls, and calf raisers (!!!!)
