Men Vs Gluten is a UK-based project run by a group of men living with coeliac disease, working together to raise awareness and start honest conversations about health, food and life beyond gluten. Let’s face it, men aren’t always great at talking about their health, especially when it comes to long-term conditions like coeliac disease. We want to change that. Our goal is to create a space where men feel seen, supported, and able to share their gluten free experiences without judgement, and with a bit of humour thrown in too. This isn’t a closed club. We’re building an inclusive and diverse community where everyone’s welcome, whether you’re coeliac yourself, supporting someone who is or just here to learn.
