Founded in 1998, HOPEwwS was started as a community outreach arm of The Central Christian Church. We work closely with key stakeholders such as the Ministry of Social and Family Development (MSF), the National Council of Social Services (NCSS), community partners, donors, volunteers and staff to bring hoped change the lives of the poor, disadvantaged and emotionally suffering in Singapore.
