Growing up in the Pleasant Hill neighborhood of Macon, GA, I heard about God and Jesus through my Christian mother, but I didn’t truly know Him. As I got older, I made poor choices and rebelled, becoming a product of my environment. By the age of fourteen, my life was spiraling out of control.

I ended up committing a series of robberies with two friends, and we were eventually caught and incarcerated, facing felony charges. In court, I feared the consequences, but I was shown mercy and sentenced to ten years, serving only four.

During my time in prison, God revealed Himself to me in powerful ways. I experienced His love, grace, and forgiveness, transforming what I thought would be my end into the beginning of a new life. This book shares my journey "From a Convict to a Convert."
