About Me
At Empress, we partner with organisations that work with both the NDIS and the Justice system in Victoria. We have several SIL programs that support complex and justice related cases around Melbourne (West & North-West).
We also have specialised high intensity support that are supported by a GP, and registered nursing. We have our platform that gives daily updates about medications and client care and supports.
My career started in frontline AOD and community roles, sitting with people in crisis settings where supports often failed because risk wasnât structured tightly enough, communication wasnât aligned, and no one owned the interface between justice, NDIS and housing. That gap is where I now specialise.
As Director, I lead teams that support participants with forensic disability, behaviours of concern, AOD history and significant psychosocial needs. Our work focuses on stabilisation, safety, and building support models that hold under pressure.
