The therapist is AWESOME. I love his deep pressure that really works the aching muscles on my body. He is a wealth of knowledge and I highly recommend watching his youtube channel for info on stretches and exercises you can do at home.  Very satisfied!

I came in with a muscle spasm in my back that was extremely uncomfortable and I couldn’t get it to release. He got it to release and got other muscles loosened up as well. I felt great afterwards. I’ll definitely be back.

Vernon is the best! My husband and I both get messages from him and we both love how professional and effective they are. I normally have soreness and tightness around my neck, shoulders and legs, so I get deep tissue massages and they really help me feel better afterwards.

Vernon is an amazing body work professional. He is able to work the issues I have based upon his experience. Sometimes that's deep sometimes it's less deep, but no matter whenever I've had Vernon provide an amazing massage and body work it's always worth it. Also his videos on YouTube help me while I'm traveling stay relaxed and my muscles relaxed. If you need true body work I'd highly recommend Vernon at Solor.
