We like the home, what are the next steps?

In order to proceed further and talk more details, we will need to sign a Buyer Representation Agreement between you and me. As a courtesy to my clients, I typically set up the agreement specifically only for this house, basically acting like a “trial period” which can of course be extended if you desire. Before submitting an offer, there are a couple items we will need to discuss together: understanding disclosures, signing the Buyer Representation Agreement, reviewing comps, and finally reviewing contract documents.

What is needed to make an offer?

The purchase contract documents would be the most essential piece. To complete our offer package, I would strongly recommend that we include two other items as well: (1) a loan preapproval letter and (2) verification of funds.

Fremont born and raised, also currently living in the American HS area. Through extensive data analysis for my clients & for my brokerage (Everhome Real Estate), I regularly monitor the market for trends both city wide and between the various neighborhoods. I’ve also personally created numerous walkthrough guides & data newsletter reports, which are available on my website on a monthly basis.

I’ve had years of experience working with buyers and regularly hosting open houses, so I have a great feel for the mindset of a buyer in their concerns and features that they most highly value. On the listing side, I am hyper focused on the details of presenting homes, mindful of the quality at each stage of the process. When you work with me, you get ME! I am not passing off work or delegating tasks like in a large team - I am there coordinating and (if needed) troubleshooting at each stage.
