Agency Needs Form
Agency Needs Form
Starting November 1, 2025, SNAP benefits for millions of Americans will be delayed. In response, United Way of Wayne and Holmes Counties has launched PROJECT SNAP GAP, a community-powered emergency initiative to help fill the gaps families will face. We know your agency is already on the front lines. This form is designed to help us understand what support you need to continue serving families effectively. The information you provide will be used to communicate your needs to the public and develop a collaborative effort to get you what will help you and our community the most. SNAP typically covers groceries like canned goods, pasta, rice, baby formula, and cereal—but not essentials families still need to pay for out of pocket, such as hygiene products (e.g., soap, toothpaste), cleaning supplies, diapers, and pet food. PROJECT SNAP GAP is here to help bridge that divide.

Helping Neighbors Through the SNAP Gap In times like these, our community shines brightest. So many of you... local restaurants, small businesses, farms, and service providers have reached out asking, “How can we help?” That question alone speaks volumes. Whether you're offering a warm meal, a safe space, a discount, or simply a little kindness, you’re making a real difference for families who are feeling the strain of the SNAP benefit delay. This form helps us gather your ideas, match your support with local needs, and make sure no one falls through the cracks. Thank you for showing up with heart, hope, and action. Together, we make a difference. Together, We Help!
