Founded in 2020, Village Nonprofit Solutions equips nonprofits and their leaders with tools to thrive, including holistic fundraising strategies, leadership development, and systems that foster collaboration and inclusion. By centering the traditions and expertise of communities of color, Village empowers organizations to create meaningful change while supporting diverse professionals in claiming their seat—and building their own table. The Learning Community is an eight-week virtual program created to support fundraisers working within marginalized communities, especially Black and Brown folks. Focused on social justice, the course provides participants with essential skills, access to resources, and a supportive network to help them navigate the unique challenges of the field while fostering collaboration and empowerment.
