Didn't post yesterday sorry. Everyone in my house is sick except me so I was playing nurse all day. I didn't count my cal but I also only ate once so it wasn't very much.
Today is a new day and I'm at work so burning lots of calories. I'm planning on some yoga/core workouts later before bed too. 💗
The limit today is 800 and I usually burn about 300-900 at work so that should be fine to eat a little more if I need too.
Starting this tomorrow. Today is going to be 1300cal.
I don't know my starting weight but I am a size 13 so I'm going to shoot for a size 8-10 after.

My basic rules will be:
3 Liters of water a day.
10k steps.
No fast food.
No alcohol.
Logging and posting daily to keep myself on track.

I'm also doing a higher calorie limit than I want to because I do work in a warehouse and it's lots of heavy lifting.
Been pretty busy at work this week so couldn't post much. But I'm averaging 8-10k steps a day and staying under 1300 calories. My job is also lots of heavy lifting so I'm burning a lot of calories.
Last night I had a Wendy's biggie bag and a small frostie which I feel gross about. But it was in my calorie limit which is a plus I guess.
Today I've only packed a small 180cal soup and some tea for lunch. And I plan to stay under 1000 today.
