18+ because I say shit sometimes. [they/it] Sapphic, strange. Late 20's contender for the least cool girlboy you'll never meet. Only a pretend vampire.
Hello,
They/it are the pronouns we use.
We're a (mostly) sapphic bisexual non-binary trans woman. (I have a complicated relationship with gender and sexual orientation.) We're plural, autistic, and a chronic pain haver.
Please have your age listed to avoid being sent to the shadow realm.
If you @ me and we aren't mutuals I will block you.

If you think I'm cute you can send me all of your money. :3

Did you seriously just smoke some of my elfweed? Girl you're gonna get soooo fucked in 5 years. Yeah it only lasts a decade though.

Don't worry about your nipples being more sensitive.

hey sorry if i was offputting and strange and bizarre and weird as fuck last night i was just being myself

Have you guys noticed how much the internet/technology just does not listen to you anymore? I click “don’t show this artist” on Spotify and I get recommended a music video by them on the front page. I click “skip this update” on a pop up every time I open a file organization app and it’s right back there every time. O click unsubscribe on a newsletter and it keeps showing up in my inbox!! I click “delete my account” and the next time I open the website they suggest I “reactivate”.

Power is a funny thing.

I can’t speak for other social media webbed sites but I really enjoy how tumblr seems to just completely spin a wheel on whatever media is hot right now. Like yeah sometimes it’s a new show that’s big and actively coming out but also sometimes there will be a solid month where half my dash is Columbo memes. Defy authority. Get really into an book from the 1800s. Watch shows that haven’t aired in 40 years. Celebrate the anniversary of the Boston Molasses Flood. Become unmarketable

oh shit i almost missed it!

Hey uhhh,,, Intersex people,,, can y'all help?? because the internet is not giving me any fucking information.

We're bodily trans masc, on T 5 years. We never really poked around down there until maybe 3 years on T bc dysphoria, so it's only in recent years we've been actively looking and trying to figure out wtf is going on.

Our urethra is stright up inside the vaginal opening. Like for a hot minuet we weren't even sure we had one because the fucker was so well hidden in there. We woudn't have even looked for it if we didn't start trying penetration and very quick found that it fucking hurts. I've tried looking for information on this, if it's even an intersex trait or just a really botched urethra situation. But no websites can seem to agree if it's "normal" or not. So now we're just really confused. All we know is 1) urethra is pretty damn deep inside the vaginal canal 2) penetration hurts like a mf because of it 3) as far as we know, nothing ever came up about it at brith, assuming because extrernally everything looked normal so no alarm was raised by doctors/patrents. They didn't have any reason to poke around internally at a literal baby.

Is this a sign of an intersex trait that's going on internally? or am I being paranoid and we just have a weridly placed urethra?

hi there! it sounds like y'all might find my blog helpful :)

what you are describing is hypospadias & it falls under the intersex umbrella on its own, altho whether or not you claim that label is a personal decision. only penile hypospadias is every really discussed in detail, so resources of vulvar hypospadias are extremely scarce, and what is there tends to be very intersexist. your confusion is entirely understandable and you are not alone in your experiences.

this variation is considered "rare" by the medical field but it is likely extremely underdiagnosed. for perspective, penile hypospadias is the second most common congenital sex variation, & occurs abt 1 in 100 - 250 births. the urethra being inside the vaginal canal can be called "total" or "vaginal" hypospadias, and is also called a "persistent urogenital sinus." despite being the most clear-cut form of vulvar hypospadias, ive talked to multiple people with vaginal hypospadias who were in their 30s when they found out it was atypical to have their urethra in their vagina. after a lifetime of medical exams where everything was deemed "normal" and often after a lifetime of dealing with pain during vaginal penetration, chronic UTIs, and other common urogenital issues that are very common in people with hypospadias. based on the current results of a survey on vh I'm running, the issue you described (pain during penetration) is the most common issue people with vulvar hypospadias deal with, alongside urinary issues and issues with insertable menstrual products.

y'all aren't being paranoid. what you have is known even if doctors often ignore it. there are others like you. & many find comfort in the intersex community, even if they "just" have hypospadias. you are not alone.

feel free to scroll thru my blog or send me an ask! i started blogging on tumblr about vulvar hypospadias to help raise awareness & connect people w it to others who share their variation & the wider intersex community. if you want a starting point, this post (link) from my old blog includes links to research & also has a helpful diagram, this post (link) explains why hypospadias falls under the intersex umbrella, & this post (link) talks about the medical erasure of hypospadias. best of luck to you on getting a better understanding of your body 💛💜
