Copyright claim 1
Kind of Work: UnspecifiedDescription This content infringes my copyright under the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (17 U.S.C. §512). This content contains my Social Security Number and other personally identifiable information shared without my consent. This constitutes a serious privacy violation and identity theft risk. The unauthorized material includes a series of photographs I took in 2015, which I own the copyright to. The infringing website has reproduced and distributed these photographs without my permission, thereby violating my exclusive rights under the DMCA. In addition, the website has disclosed my PII, including my Social Security Number, date of birth, home address, phone number, email address, and financial data. This information was acquired without my consent and its publication creates a substantial risk of identity theft. Both these acts—copyright infringement and unauthorized PII disclosure—are grievous offenses under the laws of GW. The basis for these violations lies in the DMCA (17 U.S.C. §512) and local privacy regulations, including data protection laws, identity theft statutes, and consumer protection acts. The ongoing availability of this content is causing me irreparable harm. The daily exposure to the risk of identity theft and financial fraud, along with the damages to my credit and the potential unauthorized access to my accounts, represent an escalating threat. I am also experiencing violations of my privacy rights and safety concerns due to the non-consensual publication of my PII. I demand the immediate removal of the infringing copyrighted material and the unauthorized disclosure of my PII from the said website. Non-compliance with this removal request can lead to legal consequences, including statutory damages, actual damages, and injunctive relief.Original URLs:- www.g[redacted]m.gw - 9 URLs
