Benjamin L. Vidmar is passionate about doing the impossible. From growing food near the North Pole to helping people change their views on food waste, he's committed to living life on his own terms and making a difference. He's the creative mind behind Polar Permaculture and his business is booming. He's proud to have helped create a circular economy of food production and composting near Longyearbyen, Svalbard, a place known to have the highest CO2 output per capita.
Benjamin is a Florida native residing in Norway with his family and two yorkies. In his downtime, he can be found reading everything he can get his hands on, cooking new and inventive dishes, and baking delicious treats. As a man of many talents, he hopes people will be inspired by his words to try something new, to follow their dreams, and know that anyone can make a difference.
