MagicTomato launches a pioneering sale of digital shares of its company. The leader in Western Switzerland for fresh food delivery opens its capital, using a decentralized blockchain technology, to allow all clients and artisans to be part of the company, in order to create an innovative model of community governance and collective ownership. About 40% of the targeted amount to be raised has already been reserved before the official launch on 2 May 2022, with investment tickets starting from less than CHF 1000.
