Inspired by the wheel of the 5 elements as described by Chinese Medicine - water, wood, fire, earth and metal - Beyond Voice is inspired by the wisdom of this ancient medicine and applies it to voice work techniques. CuraSana

This 4 days retreat is specially designed together with Sacred Tree to create a small gathering that supports you in your healing journey, guided by master plants and nature spirits. CuraSana has a strong emphasis on preparation and integration, as well as having dedicated space to explore the tools that help us daily on the art of navigating life.

The retreat includes:

- Preparation and integration calls
- Time for individual sessions (energy healing, coaching, massage, sound healing, voice work)
- Flower bath
- Despacho (ancient Inca ceremony to offer Mother Earth what you are ready to let go of - working with the fire)
- Early movement based on Yin Yoga and QiGong & breath work

Individual sessions

This year I would like to extend my offer on individual sessions, both in person in my sweet home in Walthamstow (London) or online (via Zoom). The clinic is pretty busy on Fridays so I am opening bookings on Thursdays.

I have all sorts of requests and I love being able to adapt my support in the way that suits you. Some examples of the work we do is:

- Individual voice work
- Voice therapy / sound healing
- Instrument tuition (guitar, various drums, didgeridoo, piano...)
- Song writing and composition
- Energy Healing
- Womb to Womb ceremony (for women who want to be held by the safe sacredness of the feminine)
- Your 1:1 (you tell me, we weave it)

So many wonders in this beautiful mystical world...
If something I want to ensure is that my year has at least one trip of a lifetime. This year is ... Mexico!!.

I will be supporting this mind blowing pilgrimage with my music, good vibes and Spanish translation, organised by Sacred Tree

A pilgrimage is a call to walk back home to our temples. It's just that in a land like Mexico, you can only be inspired. Inspired to remember the origins and the immense possibilities of the soul.

The schedule is inimitable:

- Tradicional ceremonies with indigenous masters, including the Wixarika in their land!
- Visiting hidden temples restricted to tourism
- Climbing a sacred mountain
- Visiting the sacred pyramid of Cholula (lagest in the world and devoted to workshiping Quetzalcoatl)
