Oh, this request caught me off guard. I've never been in a relationship or anything like that, so I don't know what couples do and don't do.
But these are my headcanons, some platonic and some romantic!
— Gamzee and Tavros always go to rap battle events and they're always sending each other videos of "the most epic lines" or "verses that went terribly wrong." They both live their passion very closely. Gamzee participates occasionally, and Tavros is always there to support him. Tavros doesn't participate because she's afraid of freezing up during a battle.
— I don't know much about rap, but they're both very into freestyle, and Gamzee also does trap and horrorcore. (They're both terrible at what they do, but they're always there to support and applaud each other.)
— Gamzee always helps Tavros buy and complete her sticker albums!
— They mostly get jobs together. If Tavros applies to work at McDonalds, you can bet Gamzee will be there working. And you can bet they'll end up getting fired for eating all the food.
— They kiss very often, even if it's not on the lips, their faces are always close. Is Gamzee cooking? A grab by the waist and a kiss on the cheek. Is Tavros sitting on the sofa? A kiss on the forehead. Kisses, kisses, kisses, kisses, kisses! It's almost automatic.
— Gamzee really enjoys giving Tavros massages, especially on her feet. Even if she doesn't feel like it, she's very grateful.
— I think they're one of those couples who, when they feel overwhelmed, give each other time and space. It's something Tavros especially needs. Tavros is a girl who needs a lot of inner reflection to find answers.
— Besides the kisses. I wouldn't say they're overly physical or verbally romantic. And not being so has led to many misunderstandings. At a group meeting, Gamzee and Tavros kiss on the sofa. Just a quick peck. But Karkat sees it and his mouth drops open. "ARE YOU A COUPLE? SINCE WHEN?" "uH, i THOUGHT IT WAS OBVIOUS, i ALWAYS SMILE AT HIM"
