the problem with having a The Character that sucks ass is that you can’t even turn to them in times of need. god forbid i find myself asking what The Character would do in my situation because the answer would probably be catastrophically harmful for my everything. can’t rely on them for shit. absolutely abysmal emotional support
there are some ships out there that do not speak to me personally but i am an understander for. like i see what you are seeing. it just doesn’t personally intrigue me. but i support you. you’re right. we don’t need to fight, let us hold hands.
#i can appreciate a fine ship from the dock via @mylittleredgirl
you can pry starting sentences with ‘and’ or 'but’ out of my cold, dead hands
op how does it feel to be the most correct person on earth
I do think it’s funny when headcanons are presented as objective character facts bc I get “He would not fucking say/do that” as much as the next guy but I must also humbly acknowledge its powerful cousin named “A skilled enough writer could make me believe he would”
Wow, you really must be seeing a lot of terrible fandom posts.
we’re on tumblr
“but why do you even ship them-” IT BRINGS ME JOY AND WHIMSY!!!!!!!
Fandom needs to go back to it’s roots of shipping without any expectation of canon agreement, shipping characters that have never even met, shipping characters from entirely different properties that came out decades apart, shipping just for fun, and generally speaking mostly not bothering the creators about it. Put fandom back in the shadows, being profitable has only made everything worse as grifters saw easy marks and forcing creators to play pattycake with fandom has led to so much open resentment.
Did you know that when you write fan fiction you can make characters do anything you want
Has anyone heard about this
