After watching his Tonight Show interview- it’s clear to me that Hudson Mildred Williams is an absolute GOD TIER example of media literacy balanced with fan service.

The ginger ale, the glasses, calling us freaks, referring to smut, referencing fandom/internet lingo (the boy aquarium), joking about his “position” on the show, saying “AWW” with the fans when talking about being besties with Connor, making Jimmy Fallon get down on the floor and do stretching????

It is no question that he has had media training. What he manages to do is use that media training to integrate fan service into that training- while being a good interviewee. It’s a tightrope most celebrities don’t manage to walk very well at all, and I hope he keeps it.
