Did Pen really choose to write so much about the Bridgertons in Whistledown or did she kind of have to constantly write about them because they’re the messiest bitches in the ton?

I presume its just that the Bridgertons are the main characters and thus the only bits of LW that are read aloud are related to them, because the pamphlets tend to be reasonably big and there's no way they can be filled solely with gossip about the Bridgertons.

no because record is so tragic but also so incredibly useful and funny. Like I bet Kim Roksoo memorized like a thousand digits of pi for a bet by his co workers for soup dumplings or something. I bet Cale is incredibly good at learning new languages, but specifically also knows every swear word in existence (this is partially canon). I bet he'd memorize every team member's name in a sports anime the first time they're introduced. Adding on to the language thing I bet he'd learn a foreign language entirely just so he could screw with like chinese scam callers or something, if those still exist. Actually, he'd probably be dedicated to learn as many languages as possible so he could tell when some foreigner is talking smack about him behind his back. And I already talked about his passwords.

Have you guys noticed how much the internet/technology just does not listen to you anymore? I click “don’t show this artist” on Spotify and I get recommended a music video by them on the front page. I click “skip this update” on a pop up every time I open a file organization app and it’s right back there every time. I click unsubscribe on a newsletter and it keeps showing up in my inbox!! I click “delete my account” and the next time I open the website they suggest I “reactivate”.

You don't know how frustrating it is

It actually goes further than you realize. Even people who knew basic computer literacy now have issues getting their computers to listen to them. With a recent Windows update, it will actually not show you all of the programs you have installed nor will it show you what size of program anymore Even if the program and function you were running is the uninstall programs function This did not used to be the case and you were able to see the full view and remove them with ease.

To even just remove the massive amount of AI being used on your Windows PC, you have to go to 11 separate functions to turn them off. No average day-to-day person with basic computer literacy who most likely uses their smartphone more than an actual PC is going to know how to do that.

Software development companies are actively making it so that you are not able to interact or manipulate software in a manner that is user friendly to you

btw if youre young and scared of doing adult things without your parents ive learned that like 90% of the time you can just tell the doctors office or the dmv "haha sorry ive never done this without help before... can you show me how to do this?" the employee will not care. if that means anything to you
