I think about Steve’s intelligence complex for too long I get SICK like you’re surrounded by nerds who are savant-level good at math and science. your best friend is fluent in multiple languages. anyway I think when he finally wants to try DND Eddie makes him a character with low intelligence high strength not thinking about the implications and there are tears.

The reason I think Tommy is so good for Buck is because Tommy is the TEXTBOOK "my wife's enemies are now my enemies too" guy. Buck needs someone in his life that instantly dislikes anyone who is mean to him; and that could be 100% certified bitch Tommy Kinard. I think Buck would be amazed and also cry a little the first time it happened.

I'm never going to recover from the way the smile on Scott's face just blooms when he comes home and Kip is there waiting for him for the first time.
There's just such a deep, lonely ache in him before Kip. He wants a family so badly. Someone to come home to. He's never had that! And not just romantically; he lost his parents when he was only twelve years old. How much must he have missed the simple joy of knowing someone is waiting for you, anticipates your arrival, and is happy to see you?
And for the first time, he gets to experience it! He's too intense, he asks for too much, what if Kip came to his senses and left while Scott was gone?
But he didn't. He's here. He's here! The life he's always dreamed about is suddenly possible. This is all he's ever wanted! And oh, the way the weight of his loneliness just lifts off his shoulders and leaves behind only joy.
