A/n:this request was actually what inspired me to add this scenario to the prompt list. Also i hope you don't mind that I did small oneshots instead of headcanons I thought it fit more

Monika waited for a couple of seconds for you to answer but you didn't, when confused she took a better look at the screen she understood why, your eyes were closed

So she often called you so you could be with her even if not physically while she read, reading with you did always feel better than reading alone after all

You and sayori often videocalled when you couldn't be physically near each other, she claimed that she couldn't stay away from your adorable face for long and you felt similarly to her even if you think that's just an excuse because you videocall even after a whole day spent together

“Revising a Contract” Makima x Male Reader (partial Nayuta daughter au at the end). So Makima and Y/n are on patrol with their troop, they were fighting a devil, but it wasn’t all too strong. In fact, they were having some funny back-and-forth romantic banter a bit. They were sort of leading the devil on and playing with it a bit, knowing it couldn’t do them any real damage because of its weaknesses, it was trying to fight them, but it wasn’t strong enough to. But then Makima got cocky, there was a moment where she allowed the devil to land a hit on her, just below the ribs. She thought nothing of it, knowing that her healing factor and contract with the Prime Minister would save her from the hit, not to mention it was in no way fatal. The damage quickly healed, but then she heard Y/n let out a pained gasp and saw him clutching at his side. He removed his hand from his body and saw red stain through his suit. He pulled his suit open to see the same gash that was on Makima moments ago. Makima looked back in shock and remembered the exact wording of her contract. “Any damage perceived as an attack inflicted to Makima will be transferred to any random citizen of Japan.” …any random citizen of Japan… it hit him, 124.5 million people and it happened to hit him. Playtime was over, Makima quickly ended the fight, absolutely obliterating the devil that stood in her way while she made sure to get Y/n to the nearest hospital. She visited him in his hospital room to luckily find out that it was nothing too bad, with no damage to internal organs. He just needed stitches and he’d be out by the end of the day. After checking that he was okay about a dozen times Makima left the hospital so he could get his stitches and she went off to see the Prime Minister of Japan. She called in advance to schedule but he told her that he was booked for the day and couldn’t see her, but she made sure that he would see her. When she was in front of her superiors, she told them that she was revising her damage contract to make it so Y/n L/n could never be targeted by it. They did it, but when it was over, they mentioned that Makima was a cruel devil, a horseman of the apocalypse. Why did this one man warrant a changing of a contract? He was just 1 in 124 million. But then, without looking back, Makima says “That’s really none of your concern, is it? And Y/n has proven that I’m more than just a devil…” Many years go by, and this is either a newly pregnant Makima or a Makima who has recently given birth to Nayuta. She once again decided to revise her contract to make it so her unborn/newborn child could never be affected by the damage contract. It was done and after it was over her superiors mentioned that in their eyes… that maybe she has changed.

Getting hurt because of makima's contract

A/n:the second request was sent after I already finished writing this but i thought it was similar (even if way more extreme) to this so I tacked it on. Also this is another one of those periods when there are a lot of csm requests that were sent close to each other, I'll try to space them out but still expect more csm posts

Makima didn't follow you on missions often, she mostly did so when she missed you and wanted to spend some time together while still technically being at work. And whenever you did you didn't really fight, after all you could kill most devils by yourself and if it was a particularly stubborn one makima would just slaughter it in a matter of seconds so you just had fun while killing the devils, it was kind of a date

Just like today, you and makima were going on missions together only the two of you. And after seeing the sights for a while you finally found the devil

"Do you want to kill him or shall I do it kima?"

"...mh i think I'll take this one, it's been a while since I've had some fun darling, but feel free to join in too, i really love watching you fight after a-"

Makima was interrupted by the devil sprinting towards her and trying to slice her neck off with its blade like hands but of course she blocked it with simply one hand by holding its arm

"How rude, I didn't even finish my sentence"

She grabbed the devil's arm even tighter causing it to yelp in pain

Almost reflexively makima shot out a bang from her finger guns as soon as she saw the devil lunging in your direction, only on its leg though, now that it had tried to hurt you she wanted it to suffer

"Were you trying to hurt my husband? I'll warn you that is a very stupid and dangerous choice, well not like it matters i'm sure you would have easily killed it before it actually had a chance to hurt you"

"Well it's true, anyway I suppose it's time to get to business, I don't want to stay here for too long, is that ok love?"

Makima smiled and got closer to the devil now on the ground with one arm missing and a large bullet hole in its leg.

She pointed her finger gun at its body and was about to shoot until she felt cool air on a bit of her stomach. She looked back and saw that her suit had a gash on it, there wasn't any injury under it of course, but it was clear that the devil had tried one last ditch effort to attack her

"...oh what a shame I'm gonna need to buy another new suit, well that's not a big issue but I should have killed you soone-"

Suddenly she heard a pained gasp coming from behind her, of course she recognized that voice, it was yours

"....dar...ling?"

She turned around and saw that you were kneeling and holding your hand against your stomach, you unbuttoned your suit and saw that there was a gash on your stomach....the same gash that should have been on makima, it wasn't very deep but it was still bleeding and it definitely hurt

At first makima was confused but then she quickly understood what happened, you were affected by her contract with the prime minister....out of all 124 million Japanese citizens it hit you...why you? Why out of everyone it had to be you? You were the only one who makima would have never wished to be affected by the contract so what kind of insane bad luck or divine punishment could have caused this?

This was her fault, this was the fault of the contract she had made....you got hurt because of her

The control devil quickly ran to your now unconscious body and carried it bridal style, she looked at you, more specifically at the gash on your stomach....the one she had caused

She was about to leave when she realized she still felt the devil's presence behind her, she looked at it and the devil could feel the pure murderous intent in her ringed yellow eyes

As soon as she did she requested (ordered) the doctors to do anything they could to help you and she stayed there the whole time they were treating you, she made it very clear that she wouldn't allow failure of any kind

But thankfully she didn't have to worry too much, the wound wasn't deep enough to cause any damage to your internal organs and you'd just need to have stitches put on, after hearing that makima breathed a huge sigh of relief and went into the room you were being held in without even asking for permission, no one would stop her anyway

You were still unconscious so makima simply held your hand hoping you could somehow hear her

They didn't answer again and continued starting at the devil

"I don't care if you believe me or not but ever since i've met him i've tried to protect the innocents from devils as much as I can and I will continue to do so as long as he is safe with me....I assume you know that what I said also means that if you try anything to hurt him or separate him from me...."

She moved her piercing gaze back to them causing them to shake in fear even before she started speaking
