Show Eloise was never interested in being a lady or molding her personality to become a good prospect for marriage or even having children. Sheβs outspoken, snarky , a feminist of sorts who loves to read and hopes to become an independent writer (like Lady Whistledown who she admired), so when i imagine her story, i canβt really imagine having the same fate as her book counterpart. Now here iβm biased because i loved Theo as a character, so i would love to have him back, especially because the pair had good chemistry. So my idea would be to take some inspiration from Persuasion from Jane Austen and make Theo a Sailor that becomes a Captain of a small ship with a good enough reputation that he becomes eligible as a husband, since Bridgerton takes ages to film, so both of them would be older, making Eloise even more of a spinster. Theo would still be an outcast who is not sure if heβs entirely welcome in high society and Eloise would be distant, not wanting to ruin his chances, thinking heβs better off with a younger, richer girl who wants to be married and have kids. They, of course, still have chemistry and bonds over the same things. He encourages her to write (i would also love Pen and El bonding over this too) and she teaches him the high society ways while, of course, making fun of it. Now Iβm thinking Theo getting jealous of the suitors she keeps rejecting and them having miscommunications β¦ Eloise thinking heβs engaged to a girl that keeps spreading rumors about their βrelationshipβ, so she rushes over and confesses only for him to explain everything. Eloise marries Theo and that allows her to travel the world with him and write about her adventures. The end
