I'm mostly interested Slice of Life, Romance, Comedy, Drama, Horror, and Girls Love anime. But I think there's good stuff in all other genres too! My top watched theme by far is School.

My first anime was Sailor Moon in 2009. Then Haruhi and Death Note not too long after that.

I like emotional stories that makes me cry. I need to be invested in the art style of an anime to really enjoy it. I appreciate high quality and creative animation. KyoAni has been the biggest influence on my anime tastes.

I used to never drop anime. But I decided to start started dropping in the Fall 24 season because honestly there are so much each season I want to check out these days. And if a show doesn't excite me enough to look forward to it each week, or it puts me in a bad mood, then I'm just going to abandon it before it poisons my experience with other anime.

10-Very emotional or beautiful work that truly resonated with me, my personal favorites
9-Very high quality, loved the art and animation, had a captivating plot that kept me invested all the way through, or for comedies had me laughing out loud a lot
8-Good production, was unique, special or charming, was a lot of fun to watch
7-Entertaining overall, I liked it but it wasn't super impressive, OR was bad but in a funny, entertaining way
6-A little boring at times but I'd still say I liked it
5-Very boring and kind of a grind to get through, or for comedies the humor just didn't work for me
4-Really annoyed me for some reason, but the quality was at least decent
3-Poor quality AND I really hated it
2-Pointless nonsense, or lots of animation errors or other flaws
1-I literally felt sick watching this
