Well I feel guilty for sorely misjudging it years ago. I shouldn't have given up so easily xd In those last couple of chapters when I really thought she was going to die and she didn't, I was completely utterly bamboozled, probably more bamed than anyone has ever been boozled in their life. And I still can't convince myself yet that everything is okay xD I'll let you know about the other recommendations as soon as I get to them! Which were, by the way, insanely accurate to my tastes, so thank you for that!! I've been meaning to read Rainbow for years now, and just didn't get the chance yet, but it absolutely WILL happen! And when it does, I'll tell ya :D

I really appreciate the message, it felt very personal and I was truly touched you put in so much effort for me :'( Humongous thank you there!! Because of the care you put into it, even when the elves made an annotation in your message warning of the vulgarity of Sundome, I still had this really great feeling about it, like you mentioned it for a reason. So I read it! I even told myself about a year ago I wouldn't read it when someone else was trying to recommend me it I saw the first chapter and was deterred, but I read it anyway, and it was freaking amazing! I was honestly going through what I can only describe as grief and emotional turmoil, it was so dang good. (Ending got me very bad) I have only felt that way reading/ watching a handful of anime ever, less things than are on my favorite list, so I can definitely say it was a very important thing to me, and I would have never had that experience without ya. I'm glad!! So I guess it doesn't surprise me at all to see your profile now and witness your peak taste. Anyway, thanks for being so thoughtful :D I hope people treat you that way, too. Hello! Sorry for the late response, but thanks a lot for the recommendations for the secret Santa 2024! Loved confession, the art kind of reminded me of Jiro Taniguchi which was a nice change from what I've been reading. I want to be killed by a high school girl was kinda intimidating until I realized it was made by Furuya (which doesn't make it less) and I've really enjoyed all his works, this one wasn't an outlier. Very weird but enjoyable series. For Hapiness I've been slowly collecting physicals til I can binge the whole thing since I enjoyed volume 1 a lot. You chose some awesome titles for me and I appreciate it a bunch! Happy New Year!
