It is quite sad if you think about it. I have seen family members becoming like that after losing their jobs or going through periods of depression, and I would not call the police about it! The good thing about Noboru is that he stays civil and does not threaten to murder you or send you to the gulag like this lunatic Desolated (our local unpaid wumao). What he needs is to interact with normal people, and meet someone knowledgeable enough about conspiracy theories in order to help him getting rid of this mindset.
