In that feature if you sign-up there is an optional Character Class, thus you do have to consider who your rising characters are pretty early as hand-ins are done each completion of 25% of the season.
For me though it has been quite an odd season, I really don't have much I'm interested in watching but somehow the character in the lead is Yuu Mizuno from Sanrio Danshi. He just had a really good character building moments in episode 3 in a show you don't expect much serious elements to present themselves.
I tend to like to start a conversation with everyone I invite instead of just giving you a random invite.
