Am I the only one who doesn’t like to the bone ? I couldn’t make it past 5 minutes. Seen most the others and are good, girl interrupted isn’t an Ed movie but some characters have some symtoms of Ed yes.. I also don’t like the kids ones. There’s more tho , “sometimes I feel like I’m flying “ follows a polish young ballerina on YouTube from some years ago and she travels to Russia to try win, she’s very sp0 and dedicated, also watch the dark side of k pop idol factories … it’s a big eye opener. But yes lots of Ed stuff. Thirteen also isn’t “pure Ed based “ it’s more coming of age .. THIN is very good but sad as one the characters died some years later I’ll let you find out. And yes her Ed killed her and yes she couldn’t get insurance to stay and was behaving bad and got kicked out .

btw, there is no “right” way to do аnа, еd, ⭐️. it’s so easy to fall into this trap when u r scrolling through social media. everyone seems to еаt less cаlоries, hаve fеwer mеals, do more exеrcise, lose more wеight.

but they r not u. everyone is different. what's the point of going on a 200 kсаl rеs if u know u'll bingе 5000 kсаl a week later? what's the point of oмаd if u know u’ll cry from stomасh pain a few days after?

what works for u, works for u. high rеs is fine. lеss еxеrcise is fine. more 'mеаls' are fine. don't let social media trick u, tell u otherwise.

u r literally stаrving urself anyway — don't make it even harder. who said there is a right way to be mаlnоurishеd?

The best feeling is waking up hungry with no urge to eat and your weight went down.

Thoughts I repeat to myself when I feel like I'm gonna binge:

No flavor is worth ruining my progress.

I'm not hungry, just anxious.

Can I have just some of this in moderation?

I don't want this food right now, I want something to make me happy, and that could be the body I'll have if I don't give up now.

I'd rather this food or my dream body?

An hour later I'll forget this food, but the guilt and weight will stay with me for days.

How is this food gonna approach me my UGW?

Pretty girls don't stuff their face.

The me I want to be wouldn't eat like this.

The satisfaction this food will give me won't compare as the satisfaction of my jeans size going down.

5 minutes of satisfaction and a week of regret? or 1 hour of resistance and a life of enjoyment?

Looking with tears at my plate or looking with at smile at my mirror?

An hour after this I'll be crying full of sugar and excuses.

⋆˙⟡ thinspo imagines ⋆. 𐙚 ˚

imagine being forced to sit in the middle seat because you’re the smallest.

imagine being picked up, no effort.

imagine someone grabbing your arm and being able to wrap their whole hand around it.

imagine someone grabbing your rib and commenting how visible they are.

prominant collarbones.

imagine being the center of attention, because you finally lost the weight.

imagine being called light by everyone who picks you up.

imagine being able to curl into a ball and not feel your stomach pressed up against your thighs.

skinny. doll-like. tiny stomach.

imagine not being able to finish a salad.

imagine being the last to finish eating because of how much self control you have.

imagine the treatment you’d get. pretty privilege. everything.

this could all be you if you locked in.

• you’ve done so well today, just a little longer, okay? that empty feeling means it’s working.

• your stomach’s not growling because it hates you. it’s cheering you on!

• you don’t need to eat. you’re already full, full of self-control, full of purpose.

• look at how far you’ve come. don’t ruin it over something as small as a craving.

• every skipped bite is a quiet little victory, and you’re collecting so many.

• you’re not punishing yourself. you’re becoming something delicate. something beautiful.

you’re not hungry, you’re healing. every ache is your body finally learning to let go.

• pretty people are empty. not loud, not full. just quiet, weightless, lovely.

• you looked thinner today. don’t ruin it for a taste that lasts seconds.

• food is for people who don’t care how they look. you care. and it shows.

• why fill yourself with regret when you’ve worked so hard to stay light?

• you weren’t made to be full. you were made to be delicate.

• if it hurts, good. that’s your body begging to stay full. don’t listen.

• every time you ignore your hunger, you get prettier. i promise.

• you’re getting so small, love. just a little more pain and you’ll be perfect.

1. Broccoli might get stuck in your teeth but french fries will get stuck on your ass

2. Every taste adds to the waist

3. Nothing tastes as good as skinny feels

4. A moment on the lips, a lifetime on the hips

5. Eat for the body you want not for the body you have

6. What you eat in private you wear in public

7. Fat lasts longer than flavor

8. Eat wize drop a size

9. Don’t reward yourself with food you’re not a dog

10. Whatever your problem is, the answer is not in the fridge

11. Look down at your plate and ask: Is this going to make me feel good?

12. Whatever your problem is, food is not the answer

13. Do not eat that shit

14. Is it worth the calories?

15. What feels like sacrifice today will be results tomorrow

16. You’re not hungry, you’re bored

17. Making excuses burns 0 calories

18. Eat delicious or look delicious

19. Do it for the pretty clothes

20. Do it for the envy of others

21. Do it for attention

22. Do it so you’re not afraid to look in the mirror

23. Do it for yourself

24. If your stomach is rumbling, it’s clapping for you

25. Your morning skinny is someone else’s bloated

(I’ll edit it later to add more)

Hope this motivates you!!
