Every night the freezing winter wind cuts through our shelter. My children shiver and cry, and I have nothing to warm them — no proper clothes, no blankets, no heat.

I am also pregnant, and the hunger is constant. There is barely any food — most days we go hungry. I watch my children’s small bodies shake from cold and hunger, and I feel a pain that breaks me every single moment.

There are nights when they fall asleep without eating, and I stay awake trying to protect them from the cold and fear.

We are surviving, but barely. We need your help — right now.
