I remember one thing that we bylers were discussing during pre vol 2 phase that we don't want to see mike wheeler kissing will byers in that fucking beanie but guess what we got to see, that ugly and awkward ass milkvan kiss in the same god damn beanie and now I don't know if I should cry or laugh on this thought 😭
I think the Duffers (like they live up to their names and are actually Duffers) wrote and shot the vol 1 of season 5 only for mike, will and bylers because in the remaining season nothing gets add up to the vol 1 writing like the ga started to believe that byler would be the endgame and if not then what all was the point of dick jokes, pipe leakage scene, snowball-avalanche talks and shared looks, knee brushes, elbow bumps if that was not gonna pay off later. Vol 1 was way separate from the rest of the volumes and for me the show ended on the "sorcerer" ep thank you Mike and will, I loved you, I love you and I will always love you🥹💙💛
As we're getting more and more closer to the finale, I just want to put out one thing that when this show started and it's very first season became so famous and the creators and actors involved with the show explained it as a show for the "outcasts, nerds and freaks", then many people like me found an absolute comfort in it and I hope the finale episode still remembers the main plot which will make this show memorable for so many outcasts of the society who can wrap this around them and find warmth reminiscing it whenever they find themselves not worth it in the real world and they feel that "THEY CAN BE HEROES, JUST FOR ONE DAY!"

This particular line from the infamous mileven-rooftop scene may have much deep implications which may be telling us that after so much has happened (vol.2 and finale), probably mileven can't go back to being 'together' again!
We got almost everyone's perspective and individual arcs and emotional state whereas Mike wheeler's emotional state is still sus to us after volume 1 because only some very subtle hints were given in vol 1 and in interviews too, there was not much said by finn, I'm eager to see his emotional arc in vol 2 and where and how it goes finally....
