Hummingbird Moth
probably been mentioned a thousand times before, but they did such a good job animating this scene. you can track his expression as it goes from its usual timidity to surprise, to a split second of being overwhelmed. but before it cracks, he quickly puts on a reassuring smile for yuji (and only cries after the latter is gone)
second Bird Blast Sunday showcase -- stilts & plovers ! two ambient sources of feathers that make their home on the Overworld's strands and stony shores .
ithrowshoesatconservatives asked:
What would your top five picks be for an extinct animals touch tank?
plaguedocboi answered:
Ooohhhhh my lawd there’s so many possibilities… I’ll do my best… (I’m imagining this as a standard ocean animal touch tank like the one we have at the aquarium)
Trilobite. Obviously. You gotta have a trilobite that’s the crowd-pleaser
We could probably have a small ammonite species as long as they don’t get too stressed by human interaction
Bellerophon species maybe?? Ancient goop
I feel like we need some Cambrian chordates they’re so weird
Sollasina cthulhu!!!!!!! Freak-ass eldritch sea cucumber!!!
Also this obviously wouldn’t be in the same tank as the others but I want a Diplocaulus. They’re so so good
