I started playing recently and I don't understand if I have to keep the pirate coin value high or low, should I just produce lots of pirate coins and spend them or should I limit how much of it circulating?
- You need to print and spend at least 10.000 Pirate Coints to progress the Story.
- I advise against printing too many pirate Coins. Keep them below 20.000 to play safe. Below 50.000 if you are impatient to upgrade your Ship and dont care about risk. Keep in mind however that each printed Pirate Coin will cost you extra silver crones on certain events and slow down your wealth generation.
- Use the Pirate coins early to upgrade your Ship!! That is by far the best use for them. Ship Upgrade for Pirate Coins are extremly cheap at the very beginning.
- Print only EXACTLY as much Pirate Coins as you need for the NEXT Ship Upgrade and buy it. Defense + Cargo are the most important. You can only buy one Upgrade per visit.
- Very important: I highly recommend to upgrade Ship Defense and Cargo to Level 8, before investing into the Ships Equipment. Otherwise you may ruin your playthrough by progressing your Story faster than your Ship can handle new Threats...
- Extra: If you want to uncover the special Bankruptcy Ending: Print endless Amount of Pirate coins and spent them for Upgrade and other Stuff. Dont trade or generating wealth. You need to file for Bankruptcy two times. Save before attempting this.
I suggest doing your best in the war instead of doing the 10mil. Do your best to gather as much allies as possible and max your boat stats BEFORE doing the war.
You can just redo that part. That's what I did, at least. Much easier than doing the repetitive buy n' sell.
Easy part: Max ship LVL and gather as much allies as possible (strategically route yourself that would use less time as possible, also DON'T forget to save at each islands when gathering allies so you can check if the war hasn't started yet; pretty much a checkpoint).
Hard part: Collect 10mil. Since you can produce your own currency (Pirate coins), do money laundering. Use pirate coins when its value is low. Then halt in using it when it inflates. Then, repeat the process.
Not sure if I remember correctly, but you can try. Since we came from Slusland, the path I took was Sweetealand > White Dough > Goattown > Kanraku (not sure if I went here, but u can try) > Jusei > Slusland. I recommend doing saves to check if the route I mentioned is not it.
Have you tried swiping to go back on an action? That sometimes works for me if it doesn't save in two rows different and if one doesn't work maybe the other will.

Sorry to post here but want to let people know visa and Mastercard are trying to ban nsfw content form itch and steam so if people were having trouble find games that’s why and itch has been taking games done with little to no notice so if you wanna keep games and content of hyaos and other creators on the platform you need to try to take some free time to call visa and Mastercard not to yell at customer service but to stall make them lose business and take a lose in profit. I just started playing the game 2 days ago and I'm struggling with the pirate coin hoarding thingy. I reached the point where I have to paid million silver coin. Is there any consequences on using my pirate coins? Please I really need help I want to keep playing the game. I'm also struggling pressing the map whenever the pirate coin hoarder arrives.
I haven’t played in a while so I’m not sure if anything changed but basically:
1. Travelling between different islands costs food so always make sure that you have enough food in your inventory.
2. Prices of each item will change everytime you visit an island. This means a watch can cost 500 when you bought it but can be sold at 2000 on a different island.
3. With these in mind, you should stack up on food and buy cheap items on your current island. Travel to a different island to check if the item’s selling price is higher than the price you bought it for. If yes, sell everything you bought.
4. After selling everything, buy cheap items again and try selling it on another island. Repeat this cycle until you finally have a lot of money.
It's a bit tedious but you don't really need to trade so hard to get silver coins. From the moment you invented pirate's coin, do money laundry by buying stuffs with pirate coins, followed by selling them, repeatedly. Once you decide to stop and let the day slip, the exchange rate between silver coin and pirate's coin will slump, so that you can no longer do it with a satisfying efficiency. You'll need a while to let it recover then the next laundry.
